3D STEM School Renders of the Passaic County Technical Institute, Wayne, NJ
3D Design, 3D STEM School, 3D Topography Render
We are very proud of our work on the 3D STEM School Renders for Passaic Count Tech in Wayne, NJ. Web Epoch was commissioned for this project by our client, Comerro Coppa Architects in Totowa, NJ.
When you look at the landscape topography very carefully, you will notice the complexity of how the STEM School building. The architectural design blended the STEM building into the landscape inclined hilltop. In addition, the surrounding landscape topography also has slopes across the school grounds.
The cool design into the landscape provides students and faculty with easy access to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors.
For creating a 3D model, it is important to notice that the landscape topography is quite complex in the school grounds. Observe the rolling slopes coming down from the hillside along the walkway. Then pay attention to the angled inclines of the STEM building blended into the hillside.
Consequently, Web Epoch paid close attention to the “pixel-perfect” details when creating the models. Then we set up camera views and lighting to produce a realistic exterior rendering of the PCTI STEM School building.
We are now working on a 3D walkthrough of the STEM School.
